• Le partage et le soutien aux équipes artistiques et notamment la structuration du champ chorégraphique local,
• Le développement territorial et l’action culturelle, avec notamment la mise en place de projets participatifs d’envergure en direction des publics amateurs et dans l’espace public.
Il propose également Plein Phare, un nouveau rendez-vous pour le public normand qu’il invite à découvrir une vingtaine de compagnies de tous horizons, émergentes ou confirmées, mettant à l’honneur la danse dans sa diversité : diversité des formes et des esthétiques.
En novembre 2022, dans le cadre de la 1ère édition de Plein Phare, il créé deux duos Âmes et Cordes. En septembre 2023, il présentera Feu, son nouvel opus pour 11 danseuses lors de la Biennale de la danse de Lyon.
Son parcours l’a également amené à répondre à de nombreuses commandes et collaborations et c’est à l’invitation de Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, qu’il créera parallèlement en 2023, la pièce Vïa pour le Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève. En 2022, Fouad Boussouf est artiste associé à la Maison de la danse de Lyon, à Équinoxe - Scène nationale de Châteauroux et à la Maison de la musique de Nanterre, scène conventionnée d’intérêt national, reconduit sur l'année 2023 pour ce dernier.
